Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, absolutely. Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic and sourced from authorized retailers. We guarantee the authenticity of all our products. If you have any concerns about authenticity, please contact us immediately.

How long does shipping take?

We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For orders over LKR 2,000, we offer free shipping. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

What sizes are available?

We offer various decant sizes, typically ranging from 2ml to 10ml. The available sizes vary by fragrance and are clearly displayed on each product page. This allows you to choose the perfect size for your needs.

How should I store my decants?

To preserve the quality of your fragrances, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. Keep the caps tightly sealed when not in use. Proper storage will help maintain the fragrance's integrity.

Can I return or exchange a fragrance?

Due to the nature of decants (hygiene and safety reasons), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping services for special occasions. You can add gift wrapping at checkout. We can also include a personalized message with your gift.
