1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Decanto website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Decanto's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Products and Services

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price at the time of your order.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be received before we ship your order. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

4.3 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but confirms that we have received it.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Sri Lanka. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed information about returns and refunds. Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrance decants cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Decanto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

The materials on Decanto's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Decanto makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Decanto or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Decanto's website, even ifDecanto or a Decanto authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Decanto and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
